Judicial commission to probe LHC CJ assassination plot

 ISLAMABAD: The Federal Government has decided to constitute a judicial commission to probe the alleged plot to kill Lahore High Court Chief Justice Khwaja Muhammad Sharif and has asked the names from the Lahore High Court registrar office.

The spokesperson of federal interior ministry said the Governor of Punjab Salman Taseer has also been informed of the development. The interior secretary has been instructed to issue the notification with immediate effect soon after receiving the names, the spokesperson added.
